• El Anhelo has a master plan that features an Arnold Palmer signature golf course, a 360-slip marina, a private beach, seamless access to the Sea of Cortez, approximately 1,500 real estate offerings with multiple price points, hotels, retail outlets, as well as authentic resort destination amenities and experiences.  
  • Walking inland from the beach, there is a small rise in the topography, which subsequently descends into a low-lying plateau, providing a stellar opportunity to develop a marina.

Title deeds are in order, and key permits and licenses are fully in place. Due to the stringent environmental regulations in the area where the project is planned, the current owner worked diligently for more than five years to secure all requisite environmental permits.

The Blue Flag Program for marinas and beaches is run by the non-governmental, non-profit organization “Foundation for Environmental Education” (FEE). The Program strives to promote sustainable development in the coastal areas through high water quality standards, safety standards, environmental management standards and environmental education. Over the years, the Blue Flag Program has become a very well-known and recognized eco-label for tourists and tour operators.
