Luxury Grand Hotel: A fractional / timeshare based hospitality experience shall consist of 353 units with direct beach access, event facilities to accommodate medium sized business conferences, retail shops, world class spa and a private beach club for guests only.

Luxury boutique hotel: Located on the north side of the jetty entrance to the marina, there shall be a 112 units boutique oceanfront hotel site with a yacht club and a beach club accessible to residents of the community who buy into a membership package with purchase of real estate.

Marina: Marina El Anhelo is proposed to have approximately 360 slips with the vision to attract high-end pleasure craft and Mega-yachts, offering a complete range of services and amenities for its users.

A “Blue Flag” marina that strives to promote sustainable development in the coastal areas through high water quality standards, safety standards, environmental management standards and environmental education.
Dry-dock storage, travel lift, fuel dock, boat ramp, potable water, electricity, telephone services, television, parking and 24 hour security.

Marina Village: The Marina Village consists of 8,000 m2 of gross leasable retail space with condos, retail, cafe, tourism services, and marina support facilities such as the Harbor Master and Charter Services.

The jewel of the Marina Village shall be the hilltop restaurant designed with iconic architecture along the Malecon (waterfront boardwalk which circumvents the entire marina). In front of the Marina Village there are berths for 8 mega-yachts which can vary in size from 150 feet up to 300 feet in length. To the immediate north boundary of the Marina Village are the support facilities such as dry-dock storage, a travel lift, fuel dock and boat ramp.

Golf Course: At the eastern side of the property, an Arnold Palmer designed resort golf course will be developed with a luxury clubhouse, pro-shop, golf academy facilities, and restaurant.

Luxury Lots: 71 Custom Home Sites with approximately 1,000 m2 in size. These lots are situated on elevated bluffs behind the Luxury scale Grand Hotel that provides exceptional views of the Sea of Cortez as overlooking the Marina Basin.
Marina Villas: At the far end of the marina, where the natural terrain creates a stepped basin are 148 two-story villas that have terraced views back into the marina with private courtyards and decks. The residents of these Villas have direct access to a private boat dock.
Golf Course View Lots: 143 home sites within the golf course portion of the project which are approximately 540 m2 in size. These sites will be two-story and terraced to capture the views of the golf course and adjacent mountain ranges. Some home sites within the golf course villas shall have distant water views to either the ocean and / of the marina.

Beachfront Condominiums: 132 beachfront condominiums located to the far south corner of the property near the Luxury Grand Hotel. These condominiums have a private access to the beach.
Marina Cove Condominiums: Just inside the jetty of the Marina, there will be laid out 88 Marina Cove Condominiums. These units offer spectacular views of the Marina basin and the Sea of Cortez. The residents of these condos also have access to a private boat dock adjacent to the property.
Yacht Club Condominiums: Across the central Marina basin and adjacent to the Marina Village are 60 Yacht Club Condominiums that offer amazing views of the Yacht Club berths and the Sea of Cortez from the Luxury units, as well as walkable access to the Beach Club and Marina Village along the Malecon. There are also private berths available for the residents of these condominiums.
Marina Village Condominiums: The 90 Marina Village Condominiums offer a more ‘urban’ option to condominium living in a waterfront community. These units are approximately 120 m2 and are directly adjacent to the Marina Village. Residents of these condominium units are within walking distance to the Marina Village with its retail and restaurants.
Golf Club Condominiums: Adjacent to the golf clubhouse and golf academy facilities there are 88 Luxury Golf View Condominiums that offer great views of the golf course that runs through the valleys and distant views of the Marina basin from the Luxury floors.
